Thank You
With the NY Pro Fitness and Steve Stone Metropolitan Championships fast appraoching it’s been a little crazy here. Not only making sure our athletes that are competing are dialed in but also geting the crew together and making sure everything is in order to insure a smooth show. so to say it’s been busy is quite the understatement. One thing that has happened lately is a tremendous interest in our services. I would imagine this is due to the success of our team. As the athletes on our team know, we do not accept all comers. We are very selective about who we work with. What made me start thinking about this was a discussion with a potential team member. As we spoke and I explained the process she seemed to develope more and more excuses about why our system wasn’t going to work for her. I knew quickly she was not for us…or us for her! As any of our athletes can attest to our programs are individually designed; nutrition, workouts and cardio, for each specific athlete. They are designed to bring you to the next level…to help you achieve what you did not think was possible. Our programs are definitely not for the faint of heart…they are HARD WORK!!!! You need to be coachable and have the ability to give 110% to attaining your goals. We are with you every step of the way, but the bottom line is you have to do the work. We want all of our athletes to succeed, this is why the personal attention we give is so important. The level of excitement is so high when all the progress pics are coming in each week and we see the changes and improvements in everyone. So needless to say…we are very excited about the pics that came in today for this weekends show. It is a great feeling to be consistently impressed by the hard work and progress of our athletes and for that I would just like to say thank you…It is already a very exciting season!!! Oh, and the potential team member…well…she didn’t make the cut…
