Back From The Arnold

Well back from the Arnold…it was a great weekend! Trish Warren looked incredible, you can check out her routine and her photos at http://www.bodybuilding.com/. There were many of our girls there working with different vendors. Lishia Dean and Heather Bear were at the GetPhat booth…you can follow their show prep; as well as, check out pics from the show at their blogs…. www.lishiadean.blogspot.com and www.phatbearclaw.blogspot.com Also in attendance were Grace Rivera and Samantha Baker at the IDS booth and Jennifer Hernandez at Iron Asylum, all looked great.
